 Cleaning of press exhaust gasesSCHEUCH offers two processes for cleaning exhaust air generated by continuously operating presses in the chipboard and fibre board industries.The SAP process pre-cleans the exhaust gas before it is transported via longer pipe systems to a final treatment station. In contrast, the ESAP process meets the standards required of a final cleaning system through an integrated wet electrostatic filter. This filter ensures the best possible filtration of particles and blue haze. The ESAP system is used when no final treatment plant is present or when pipe systems leading to a final treatment plant would prove uneconomical.
