Our technologies for cleaning dryer exhaust gases or press exhaust gas cleaning — have made us a competent and reliable partner.
We have developed a complete line-up of exhaust gas cleaning systems for the wood based panel industry, especially on the sector biological technology, over the last years. Because of the increasing demands (Maximum Achievable Control Technology) regulations concerning the expected emission limit values in North America the approved Scheuch-technologies from Austria are state-of-the-art and they are superior in comparison to so far used processes, also on the operating costs side.
Like no other company, SCHEUCH offers a complete program of products and services for all production sectors in the chipboard, fibreboard and OSB industries. The program includes fans, cyclones, bag filters, dry and wet electrostatic precipitator (including process water treatment), exhaust gas scrubbers, fibre screening equipment and discharge equipment (screw conveyors). Pipe components, shut-off and flow control valves, dust collectors and a structural steel engineering division round out the company’s program for turnkey installations.
Our program of supporting services includes consulting, planning and plant design, engineering (including both basic and detail engineering), a complete service program with measurement programs for noise and exhaust pollutants, and a special customer support model for the plant startup phase.
