SCHEUCH CONTROL UNITS
Supported by our own design and engineering groups, our electrical engineers design and manufacture all control equipment (incl. control panels, etc.) completely in-house. Working with very detailed specification sheets, we meet the various needs of each customer by providing job-oriented and in-house programming for each control system. The designs of these systems are user-oriented and include industry standard human-machine interface (HMI) and remote control technology.
We develop our own control units to further optimize the cleaning technology in our bag filter systems with regard to energy consumption, ease of operation and noise emissions.
Our program includes:
ISTBR filter control unit
The new ISTBR filter control unit with bus system for the Scheuch IMPULS filter can control a maximum number of 120 valves (24 units). The control unit operates either continuously or dependent on differential pressure. The unit optimizes compressed air consumption, reduces the filter noise level, offers additional cleaning programs and monitoring options, has a large tolerance range for supply voltages and can be installed with a minimum amount of field wiring.
Operating data can be transferred by Interbus or Profibus to a central processing station, making it possible to continuously monitor and visualize the process.
ISTZ filter control unit
The ISTZ filter control unit is a simpler and more economical version, limited to 15 valves (3 units) maximum with 24VDC individual valve control for continuous cleaning. An upgrade to time-controlled cleaning is an available option.
Industrial bus control systems for large-scale installations
A PLC solution is available for the control of larger and more complex process filtration systems with measurement data acquisition and remote maintenance.
Differential pressure measurement transducer
Developed by Scheuch, this device is used to measure the differential pressure between crude gas and clean gas pressure in a range from 10 mbar (4 in WC) to 1 bar (14.5 PSI).
